Drive Cautiously

With winter weather, there will be lots of snow and ice on the roads. Make sure to drive slowly and watch out for traffic. Give the cars in front of you enough space. Watch out for snow and ice on the road and keep your lights on when it snows.

Traffic Alerts

If you are driving long distances this holiday season, you should keep an eye out on how traffic is doing. Find an app or radio station that has regular weather and traffic updates to know what your driving conditions will be like. Try to find an alternate route in case of an accident or closed lanes.

Before you travel long distances in the snow and ice, you should make sure that your vehicle is ready for the challenges ahead. Make sure that your vehicle has air in its tires, the brakes don’t need to be replaced, and the windshield wiper fluid is full. If there is anything that needs to be replaced, do so before you travel.
